Mel – Head of Event Operations
Mel oversees the operational planning and on-site delivery of events from initial briefing through to breakdown. She manages schedules, supplier coordination, staffing requirements, and event documentation to ensure every event runs to plan and aligns with client objectives.
Her experience covers a wide range of event formats, including corporate conferences, private celebrations, multi-day programmes, brand activations, and large-scale public events. Mel works closely with venues, technical teams, and logistics partners to maintain consistency across timing, production standards, and guest experience.
Alongside event delivery, Mel supports long-term client relationships by ensuring operational plans remain aligned with agreed budgets and timelines. Her focus is on structure, clarity, and controlled execution across every stage of an event.
Catherine – Event Catering Lead
Catherine manages the day-to-day delivery of live events and oversees front-of-house operations. She coordinates event run sheets, staffing plans, and service flow, working closely with production crews, venue teams, and client representatives to ensure all details are clearly communicated and followed.
Her responsibilities include managing guest registration processes, speaker scheduling, health and safety checks, and on-site coordination. Whether overseeing a small private gathering or a high-attendance corporate event, Catherine ensures operations remain organised and responsive.
Catherine also handles real-time adjustments during live events, responding to schedule changes or guest requirements without disrupting the overall programme.
Chill – Catering Supplier Coordinator
Chill is responsible for managing supplier relationships across all event operations. She oversees sourcing and coordination of equipment hire, staging, audiovisual support, transport, and venue logistics, ensuring all suppliers meet agreed standards and delivery timelines.
By working closely with planning and operations teams, Chill manages lead times, delivery schedules, and supplier compliance. Her coordination reduces logistical risk and ensures each event has the required resources in place before doors open.
Her role plays a key part in maintaining schedule accuracy and avoiding last-minute issues during live event delivery.

Deepak Shukla is the founder of the event management company and leads the overall planning and operational direction of the business. With a background in building service-led organisations, he brings structured planning, financial oversight, and clear delivery standards to every project.
His involvement in event strategy and guest experience influences how programmes are planned, timed, and executed, from corporate functions to private events and large-scale productions. Deepak works closely with planning, operations, and supplier teams to maintain consistency across all aspects of delivery.
Beyond event execution, Deepak places strong emphasis on service standards, internal processes, and long-term client satisfaction. This approach sets expectations across the business and guides how events are managed from briefing through to completion.
