An awards night is a live broadcast with an audience eating dinner in the room. We produce the whole thing — set and staging, AV, VT packages, autocue, show-calling, host and presenter briefing, trophy logistics and the run of show that keeps it on time.

What goes wrong without a producer
Overrunning categories, a host with no timing cues, winners who cannot find the stage route, and sponsors placed after the room has emptied. Show-calling on comms fixes all four, and it is the single cheapest line in an awards budget relative to the risk it removes.
