What drives the cost
Footprint and open sides, single or double storey, joinery versus modular frame, lighting and AV integration, and the venue's build-up window. A short get-in adds overtime labour, which is the most common source of surprise cost.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an exhibition stand take to design and build?
Ten to fourteen weeks is comfortable for a custom stand: two weeks concept, two to three weeks technical drawings and approval, four to six weeks production, then freight and install. We deliver in six weeks when required, at a premium.
Do you handle organiser approvals and structural calculations?
Yes. Structural drawings, load calculations, fire retardancy certification and organiser submission are included in every custom build we quote.
What is the minimum project size you take?
Our custom design-and-build work starts around £30,000. Below that a modular or rental solution is usually better value and we will say so.
