IBC stands — FAQs
How much does an exhibition stand at IBC cost?
A custom single-storey stand at IBC typically runs £450–£900 per sqm of build, so a 60 sqm stand lands around £35,000–£55,000 before space, freight and services. Double-deck builds run £1,100–£1,900 per sqm of ground footprint.
When do stand designs need approval for IBC?
RAI Amsterdam organisers generally require structural drawings 8–12 weeks before build-up, with the longer window applying to double-deck stands and anything above the standard height limit. Late submission attracts surcharges and can be refused.
Do you build stands for exhibitors at IBC?
Yes. We design, engineer, build and install stands at RAI Amsterdam in Amsterdam, handling structural approval, rigging, services, freight, on-site supervision and dismantle under one contract.
