    How the cycle works

    • Dismantle and intake — every element scanned against the asset list
    • Condition report with photographs, issued within five working days
    • Repair and refurbishment quoted separately, approved before work starts
    • Storage in racked space, with an annual inventory check
    • Redelivery scheduled against your show calendar

    What it costs

Storage is charged annually by pallet or rack space and typically runs £1,800–£6,000 a year for a mid-size custom stand. That is almost always cheaper than rebuilding: a graphic refresh and repaint returns most stands to as-new for 8–15% of the original build cost.

    Frequently asked questions

How much does exhibition stand storage cost?

Typically £1,800–£6,000 a year depending on the volume of racking the structure occupies. We quote against the actual pallet count after the first dismantle rather than an estimate.

Is storing a stand cheaper than rebuilding it?

Almost always. A year of storage plus a graphics refresh and repaint typically costs 10–20% of a new build, and the stand comes back looking new.

Can you store a stand you did not build?

Yes. We take intake photographs, build the asset list and issue the condition report so there is no ambiguity about what arrived in what state.
